William Rotts : Born 1952 in St. Joseph, Missouri. A graduate of Missouri Western University with degrees in Economics, Business Management and Accounting in 1970 and a graduate of the University of Missouri School of Law with a Juris Doctorate in 1982. He graduated obtaining a law degree with a business orientation and achieved the honor of being selected as the Smith N. Crowe scholar in International Law. He is licensed to practice law in the state of Missouri and in United States Federal District Court for the Eastern and Western Districts of Missouri. He has been accepted by Eastern and Western Missouri Courts of Appeal, the Missouri Supreme Court and the United States Supreme Court. He has tried hundreds of cases to the court, over 70 jury trials, and has advanced many cases to the Supreme Court of Missouri. He is experienced within administrative tribunals in both Missouri and out of state. His practice has evolved to serve a diverse clientele in equally diverse legal practice areas. He works with small to medium size businesses and has also become adept at working with businesses who have international difficulties and represents companies based overseas who do business in the USA. He represents clients who have suffered the most serious of injuries.
