Timothy R. Gerding was born in Columbia, Missouri in 1977.  An honors graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy and an emphasis in philosophical theology from the University of Iowa, a Big Ten academic institution.  Received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Law in 2004, having placed twice on the Dean's List.  As a law student he focused on trial practice and secured transactions.  He is a member of the Missouri Bar Association, the Boone County Bar Association, and is a licensed practitioner in the State of Missouri.  Tim practices primarily in the areas of Workers' Compensation, Personal Injury and Family Law.  Prior to his employment with Rotts & Gibbs, L.L.C., he gained experience in the Attorney General's Office of the State of Missouri in the area of Workers' Compensation.
