Born March 22, 1964, Columbia, Missouri. Graduated from Westminster College with a B.S. in Economics. Graduated from the University of Missouri School of Law, Juris Doctorate, 1990. Chosen as one of ten possible world wide attendees for the LL.M. program at the University of Washington with a Master of Laws in Marine Affairs in 1991. Licensed to practice law in Missouri and Colorado. Brad has served as an elected Missouri Prosecuting Attorney, Special Prosecuting Attorney for several Missouri counties, and as Deputy District Attorney for the State of Colorado. His litigation experience includes large scale personal injury involving multi-million dollar judgments, complex land use litigation, business litigation and criminal prosecution trials. He has tried an estimated 30 cases to a jury and more than 1,000 trials in front of a judge without a jury. His clientele includes a broad spectrum of individuals, small to medium business entities, as well as large corporations.
