We specialize in representing small to medium size companies who experience all the typical difficulties in choosing their corporate or limited liability forms and then operate within the complicated legal requirements that often are triggered. We work with state agencies that threaten licenses or civil enforcement of business duties, We represent businesses as they assert their legal rights and grievances against other corporations or businesses. We are adept at selecting and managing out-of -state attorneys for interstate disputes and obtaining judgment in both state and federal courts involving out of state companies. We have filed suit against the largest corporations in America and succeeded. We most recently obtained judgment against Bank One and First USA. We are now commencing litigation against DirecTV for abuse of legal process, civil conspiracy, restraint of trade and racketeering (RICO).
